Project 1: Diagramming Architectural Principles
In the first assignment, I need to "learn from precedents" by analyzing their design objectives and principles. This involves not just site and contextual approaches but also exploring how solids, planes, lines, and frames are used in architectural design. The focus is on the elements of architecture and architectonics that shape architectural form and space. My task is to investigate how spaces are created through the design and construction of architectural elements, which I'll demonstrate through drawing and model-making.

Communicate appropriately in various settings and modes
This project has significantly enhanced my understanding of professional practice within the field of architecture, especially in analyzing design principles and applying them to real-world scenarios. By studying precedents and examining how architectural elements like solids, planes, lines, and frames shape form and space, I gained valuable insights into the practical aspects of architectural design. Additionally, the project required me to communicate effectively in various settings and modes. Whether through detailed drawings, model-making, or collaborative discussions, I learned how to adapt my communication style to convey ideas clearly and appropriately. This experience has strengthened my ability to engage with both the technical and communicative aspects of professional practice in architecture.
